Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order amount and no hidden fees added at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Where do you ship from?

Every order is packed and shipped directly from our Brooklyn store at 331 Kingston Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Our own team handles your order from start to finish. It does not pass through any third party warehouse.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your order cut off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing that same day. Anything placed after 5:00 PM or on a day we are closed will begin processing on our next business day. Our business days are Sunday through Thursday.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once your payment goes through, our team will have your order picked, packed, and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our store.

How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?

After leaving our Brooklyn store, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are located in the United States.

What is the total delivery time from when I order to when it arrives?

From the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, most customers receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days. Orders placed before the daily cut off on a business day tend to be on the faster end.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your delivery at any time through our tracking page.

I never received a tracking email. What should I do?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder since our emails sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find it after 2 business days from your order date, contact us at contact@fashion-queen.shop or call us at +1 718-756-7473 and we will sort it out for you right away.

My order has not arrived and it has been longer than expected. What do I do?

If your order has not shown up within 10 business days of your ship date, please get in touch with us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. For items purchased in our Brooklyn store, the 30-day window starts from the date on your receipt.

How do I start a return?

Contact us first before sending anything back. Email us at contact@fashion-queen.shop or call +1 718-756-7473 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and clear instructions on what to do next.

Can I drop my return off at your Brooklyn store?

Absolutely. Dropping your item off in person at 331 Kingston Ave during our store hours is the fastest and easiest option, and there is no shipping cost involved. Our team will take care of everything from there.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method you used. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as it has been issued.

Can I exchange something instead of returning it?

Yes. We are happy to arrange an exchange for a different size or color based on what we currently have available in our Brooklyn store. Just let us know what you are looking for when you contact us to start the process. If we do not have what you need in stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit instead.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes. If you would rather have store credit than a refund, we will issue you a Fashion Queen gift card for the full value of your return. There is no expiration date on it so you can use it whenever you are ready.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

For standard returns the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility. If you drop off in person there is no cost at all. If your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, we cover all return shipping costs in full.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on items marked Final Sale or Clearance, bodysuits and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons, items where tags have been removed or cut, gift cards, and anything returned after the 30-day window has closed. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us before sending it back.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron. We accept Mastercard including Mastercard Credit, Debit Mastercard, and Maestro. We also accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. All of these are accepted both in our Brooklyn store and through our online checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Every transaction on fashion-queen.shop is protected with SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers and all payments go through a secure payment gateway. We take the security of your information seriously.
